Haptic Journaling – Stitching & Transformation

I have wonderful news! I will be leading a creative workshop in Southwest France, co-hosted by dear friends and fellow art explorers Elise Preiss and Lesley Roberts.

We’ve imagined the retreat as a time to find new rhythms and delve deeply into meditative stitching. This will be a time for slow work and slow thought, with each of us absorbing and responding to the environment while we build our own expressive vocabulary.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

• We’ll stay six nights in a 13th c property in the Aquitane region of rural France. I’ll be guiding us through five days of creative workshopping. We’ll also enjoy insider access to the local community, as Elise shares her favorite local foods, artisans, and crafts. And we’ll visit local markets and a Living Museum showcasing the region’s history.
